Services Performed
- Ran test verify customer complaint KOER at idle found defrost operating with heat only on driver side. Inspect blend door actuators found no concerns. Cycle blend door actuator while monitoring actuator found no movement. Remove actuator connector check for ref volt and ground found both present. Recommend replacing blend door actuator and retest. Remove and replace passenger blend door , calibrate system found all working ok at this time.!!
- Inflate tires to factory recommend specifications.
- Perform road test found noise present during steer. Inspect power steering fluid level and condition found level low. Top off to spec found ok at this time.
- HVAC DOOR ACTUATOR – Remove & Replace – Main Unit,Front,Temperature Door,Left Side – [Includes: Calibration.]
- CABIN AIR FILTER – Remove & Replace – [Includes: R&I Glove Box.]
