- Connect scan tool ran test found code stored P0443- EVAP purge control circuit, P0502- Engine oil pressure sensor and . Perform pin point test. Check all fuses and relays found no fault. With scan tool connected KOER perform purge/seal test and found system failed to purge. Inspect purge solenoid found solenoid connector disconnected. Reconnect solenoid connector, reperform purge/seal test found system operating ok at this time. Perform pin point on oil pressure sensor. Inspect oil pressure sensor, wiring harness and connector found no concerns. KOER at idle found engine oil pressure start at 20PSI, idle down at 9PSI. Inspect engine oil level and condition found engine oil did not register onto dip stick. Lift vehicle onto hoist for further inspection found leak coming from oil filter and drain plug. Recommend replacing drain plug, LOF and retest. Perform LOF found engine oil pressure at 20PSI within spec. Perform road test found all ok at this time, no fault returned.
- Check for engine oil leak
- Drained oil removed oil filter. Performed visual inspection of complete vehicle. Installed new oil filter and filled oil level to manufacture specifications.
- Inflate tires to factory recommend specifications.
